hello good afternoon. I would like to know how to color fonts, add shadows, outlines, etc. Anyway, edit in general. Any apps/programs to recommend?

Note: In the case of coloring fonts, I wanted the font color to be recognized by the cell phone when opening the .ttf and not the black and thick lettering in the Bold style, as usually happens.
